Kellogg Company is getting in on The Amazing Spider-Man 2 action with a new game app that let’s players step into the world of the upcoming film.

The Sony Pictures Entertainment film premiered overseas earlier this month and will open in U.S. theaters May 2.

After downloading “Kellogg's The Spider-Man 2 Web-Slinging Game,” players can unlock game scenes on their phone by snapping pictures of icons on specially marked Kellogg's packages. Each Kellogg's brand unlocks one of three different gamingscenes such as cereals and Pop-Tarts unlock a cityscape scene and Pringles products reveal a battle at Oscorp Industries. Once all three scenes have been unlocked, a Spider-Man photo overlay will appear allowing fans to take photos in the Spider-Man suit.

In addition to the new game app, consumers can earn prizes by collecting Kellogg's Family Rewards codes from specially marked packages of Pop-Tarts and Kellogg's cereals such as Frosted Flakes and Froot Loops.

Consumers can redeem the codes for cash a movie concession stands and movie tickets, as well as enter a sweepstakes held in partnership with Sony that features more than 1,000 prizes, including a free trip for two to New York City.
