New theme park attraction will highlight the iconic heroes and villains from the DC franchise.

Six Flags Over Georgia, in partnership with Warner Bros. Consumer Products and DC Entertainment, has opened its new 4D action ride, Justice League: Battle for Metropolis.

The new ride will enable guests to battle alongside Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash and Green Lantern to defeat Lex Luthor, The Joker and his henchman.

The 4D ride will also allow riders to experience wind, fire, mist and fog effects, as well as life-like animatronic characters.

An exclusive collection of Justice League merchandise will also be available at the Justice League: Battle for Metropolis retail store.

“There’s no better way to celebrate the park’s 50^th anniversary season than the unveiling of the most innovative and multi-faceted attraction the park has ever built,” says Dale Kaetzel, park president, Six Flags Atlanta Properties.
