On Sept. 7, British retailer John Lewis will host a Mario-themed Nintendo event at its Oxford Street location in London featuring character appearances and the voice actor who plays Mario.

Charles Martinet, the American who has played Mario since 1995 and also currently voices Luigi, Wario and Toadsworth, among others, will be available for autographs and photo opportunities throughout the day.

Martinet will be joined by Mario and Luigi costume characters, and fans will also be able to try out the latest Mario and Luigi games. The event will also feature an hourly “Mario Kart 7” competition where the best racers can win a trophy and Nintendo-themed coloring books and jigsaws.
