Jazwares has partnered with USP Studios to acquire the licensing rights for its original properties that air exclusively on YouTube.
In addition, JazWings, the idea incubation arm of Jazwares, and USP Studios will develop animated content for YouTube based on new brands in the JazWings incubation program.
