ITV Appoints Thunderbirds Master Toy

The new children’s show, co-produced by ITV Studios and Pukeko Pictures in association with Weta Workshop, is set to premiere in 2015, 50 years after the brand’s first television debut.

Vivid will produce a range of Thunderbirds are Go! toys including figurines and vehicles, play sets, die-cast models, role play and dress-up toys, construction toys, board games and puzzles. Products will launch in the U.K. alongside the new series, with rollout internationally following shortly thereafter.   

The new series, which will combine CGI animation and live-action model sets to re-invent Gerry and Sylvia Anderson's iconic series, is currently in pre-production.
