K2 already airs seasons one through three of "Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal."

“Working with Cattleya’s Giovanni Stabilini, we’ve expanded our relationship with Italy’s K2 children’s channel through a broadcast agreement that will bring all 49 episodes of 'Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V' to free TV in Italy and the Italian-speaking areas of Monaco, San Marino, Switzerland, Austria and Vatican City beginning in late spring or early summer 2015,” says Kristen Gray, senior vice president, operations, business and legal affairs, 4K Media. “We’ve enjoyed working with K2 on the previously licensed 'Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal' and look forward to K2 bringing this exciting extension of the 'Yu-Gi-Oh!' franchise to viewers throughout Italy.”
