Industry Veterans Launch 'Creative Sprouts' to Give Kids' IP Creators Tailored, High-Impact Support
Featuring project and pitch reviews, creative advice, commercial guidance and time for open forum discussion, Creative Sprouts' workshops are available in person and online for animation and live-action content creators from all territories.
Industry veterans Marion Edwards, Jodie Morris and Chris Rose have partnered to launch Creative Sprouts, a consultancy collective offering hands-on creative workshops to support kids' content creators looking to develop standout IP and engage audiences in an increasingly fragmented media landscape.
With a combined wealth of experience in development, financing, co-productions, digital, distribution and commercial strategy, Creative Sprouts' workshops will be tailored for each client to help nurture their ideas, deliver a strong pitch and think smartly about distribution, discoverability and commercial success.
Between them, Marion, Chris and Jodie have been involved with the development, production and distribution of some of the world's best-known children's brands, including "Thomas & Friends," "Bluey," "Mike the Knight," "Bing" and "Moominvalley."
"We're so excited to work together and to share our collective experience and insights," says a joint statement from the trio. "Our industry is rapidly evolving, and content creators often need additional expertise to get their projects off the ground. We believe there is a gap in the market to offer our combined knowledge in a cost and time-effective way. There are some brilliant ideas out there just waiting to reach new audiences and we can't wait to play a part in their success."
Featuring project & pitch reviews, creative and commercial guidance and time for open forum discussion, Creative Sprouts' workshops are available in-person and online for animation and live-action content creators from all territories.
