U.K. production company Laughing Gravy Media has signed a five-year strategic relationship deal with Hoho Rights, the commercial arm of Hoho Entertainment.     

The deal gives Hoho Rights first-look rights at all new projects in development and gives Laughing Gravy the benefit of Hoho Rights' expertise in TV distribution, licensing and merchandising.

The first project arising from the strategic venture is currently in pre-production.
