Hasbro and Marvel have teamed up to launch a new YouTube series inspired by the recently released Play-Doh Marvel Collection of playsets. The series will feature eight CG-animated, simulated stop-motion episodes, each centered around popular Marvel superheroes, including Iron Man, Spider-Man, Captain America, Black Panther and the Hulk.
Scheduled to premiere on Marvel HQ’s YouTube channel, the series will be released this fall. Each episode will be three minutes long and offer a blend of high-energy adventures, humor and creative storytelling, all set in a world molded by Play-Doh. The series will later be available on the official Play-Doh YouTube channel and other platforms.
This collaboration marks a significant step in what Hasbro describes as “toyetic entertainment,” where the joy of play is brought to life in new and imaginative ways. The episodes will not only showcase the heroes in action but also incorporate the unique playset designs of the Play-Doh Marvel Collection, including the Iron Man Armor Maker Lab, Spider-Man Launch & Slice Battle, Hulk Smash & Squish Playset, Captain America Stamping Shield, Spider-Man Thwip Squisher and Black Panther Cutting Claws.
