Genius Brands Teams for ‘Rainbow Rangers’

, for the development and production of a new animated preschool series, titled “Rainbow Rangers.”

The series is currently in development on 52 x 11’ episodes, which will follow the adventures of seven magical girls from the other side of the rainbow and who serve as Earth’s guardians to protect it from a wicked villain through teamwork, bravery, creativity and compassion.

GBI is currently planning to premiere a “Rainbow Rangers” special in fall 2017 with a full series launch in spring 2018. The company is also developing a global licensing, merchandising and retail program to coincide with the series’ launch.
