New music and fashion series will debut exclusively online before its merchandise rollout.

Genius Brands International has partnered with YouTube to exclusively launch its new animated property, “SpacePOP.”

The first six episodes are now available exclusively on the YouTube “SpacePOP” channel. Following the premiere, two new videos will be released each week on the channel, as well as across other digital platforms including Toon Goggles, PopJam, BatteryPOP and the Kid Genius channel on Comcast’s Xfinity on Demand platform. The series’ music will also be available on iTunes and Spotify.

Furthermore, the content and music rollout will be followed by a merchandise launch at retail this fall from partners including Taste Beauty, Bare Tree Media, Canal Toys, Yowie Group, Jaya Apparel and H.E.R. Accessories, among many others.

In addition to premiering on YouTube, the series will also be a participant in YouTube Kids’ Reading Program, which runs the entire month of June within the “YouTube Kids” app.
