NORTH AMERICA–Genius Brands International has tapped several new licensees to develop new merchandise for its preschool series “Rainbow Rangers.”

New partners for the property include Global Brands Group’s American Marketing Enterprises for sleepwear; GBG Socks (dba Planet Sox) for socks and legwear; Dynacraft for bikes, trikes, scooters and wagons; Kiddieland for foot-to-floor ride-on toys; Kittrich/Inkology for floor décor, stationery and school supplies; and Kid Galaxy for bubble toys.

“The licensing industry’s response to ‘Rainbow Rangers’ validates just how special this content concept is and how eager companies are to be associated with a fun, mission-based adventure series for preschool girls that demonstrates and encourages empowerment, diversity, inclusivity, environmental responsibility and more,” says

Lloyd Mintz, senior vice president, global consumer products, Genius Brands.  “As we move closer to ‘Rainbow Rangers’ series premiere dates around the world, the enthusiasm for licensing, retail and merchandising involvement continues to grow, ensuring the broadest ‘Rainbow Rangers’ brand awareness possible among young admirers, parents and care givers.”

The retail program will begin rolling out in the U.S. in late spring 2019.  Season one of “Rainbow Rangers” is set to premiere this fall on Nick Jr.
