The Worldwide Asset eXchange (WAX) is partnering with Funko to release Digital Pop! NFTs tied to metal band, Iron Maiden. Funko’s latest Digital Pop! NFT collection will be available on WAX starting on Sept. 30.

Iron Maiden is the first music group to be made into a Digital Pop! and it happens just as the band has released their album “Senjutsu.” Funko’s Iron Maiden Digital Pop! NFT collection stars “Eddie,” who has been featured on all the band’s album covers throughout their career.

“We are huge Iron Maiden fans here at Funko and couldn’t be more excited to have our inaugural music Digital Pop! NFT be the music icon, Eddie,” says Brian Mariotti, chief executive officer, Funko. “With the popularity of ‘Senjutsu’ and a rabid fan base, Iron Maiden and Funko fans alike appreciate creative genius in music and pop culture. Now, they can celebrate both in digital form.”

Featuring a total of 24,000 packs, Funko’s Iron Maiden collection will be available in a 2-pack variety on WAX Blockchain:

  • Standard Packs (18,000 total) contain 5 Digital Pops!

  • Premium Packs (6,000 total) contain 15 Digital Pops!
