FremantleMedia Kids & Family Entertainment has appointed U.S. toy company Jazwares as the master toy licensee for its preschool series "Tree Fu Tom."

Jazwares will serve as global manufacturer for the brand, distributing a new range of Tree Fu Tom toys in the U.K., Asia, North America, Canada and Latin America. A variety of distributors will manage the range in other key territories.

The first products, distributed by Funtastic, will launch at retail in Australia this summer with a wider product rollout continuing in the U.K. and other key territories. The initial toy range will includes vehicles, figures and an interactive carry case play set.

A co-production between CBeebies and FMKFE, a third season of "Tree Fu Tom" was commissioned by CBeebies for transmission in 2016.
