Simon & Schuster’s titles will launch in North America this fall.

Entertainment One has appointed Simon & Schuster Children’s Publishing as the master publishing partner for its animated preschool series “PJ Masks” in North America.

The initial collection of books will include a mix of story, novelty and board books, as well as ready-to-reads. Simon & Schuster’s debut titles will also join the introductory range of toys from master toy licensee Just Play, which begins rolling out at North American retailers this fall.

The new “PJ Masks” books are slated to hit retailers this fall.

Produced by eOne and Frog Box, in collaboration with French animation studio TeamTO, along with Disney Junior and France 5, “PJ Masks” is based on the French picture book series “Les Pyjamasques” and follows the story of 6-year-olds Connor, Amaya and Greg. When they put on their pajamas and activate their animal amulets, the children magically transform into their superhero alter egos and become the PJ Masks. Together, they embark on new adventures, work together to solve mysteries and learn valuable lessons on their journey.
