Entertainment One has appointed a variety of licensees to develop new merchandise across a range of toy and seasonal categories for the TV series “PJ Masks” in the U.S. and Canada.

New U.S. partners for the brand include Little Kids for bubble toys, Playhut for play tents, Swimways for water toys and What Kids Want for novelty seasonal toys.

Meanwhile, for the U.S. and Canadian markets, new licensees consist of First Act for musical instruments, Jazwares for consumer electronics, LeapFrog for ELAs and Tech 4 Kids for novelty lighting products.

Just Play will also continue to serve as the brand’s master toy licensee in both countries, with new and expanded lines set to hit retail this year.

“‘PJ Masks’ continues to hit a responsive chord with viewers who are eager for more product across a growing range of categories,” says Joan Grasso, vice president, licensing, North America, eOne. “We’re thrilled with the reception we’ve received to our product offerings for ‘PJ Masks.’ And, we know that our newest partners will provide fans throughout the U.S. and Canada with even more opportunities to team up with their favorite characters from the series and embark on their own heroic adventures.”

The new “PJ Masks” products are set to hit retail before the Easter holiday this April.
