
Owain Walbyoff and Jane Smith will now work together to spearhead the company’s licensing operations.

First, Owain Walbyoff, managing director of gaming, has been promoted to a broader role as managing director of gaming, licensing and merchandising. In his new role, he will add Endemol Shine’s licensing division to his remit. Walbyoff takes over from Frances Adams, who has joined Endemol Shine’s creative networks division as group director, brand strategy.
Meanwhile, Jane Smith has been promoted to director of brand licensing and strategy. In her new role, she will work alongside Walbyoff to spearhead Endemol Shine’s licensing operations, driving both local and multi-territory deals for the company’s IP portfolio. Smith’s previous roles include commercial brand executive at Endemol Shine Group, chief commercial and creative director at Entertainment Rights and executive director of TwoFour54.
