Newly formed division will be present on all French channels, including TF1, Canal + and more.
The new division will aim to capitalize on recognized creative talents, as well as its current catalogue of content, with the ambition to “create and develop the strongest brands.” The combined company will also include approximately 885 hours of broadcasting, 30 program brands, a production group in France, several digital brands and more.
