The talk show host and comedian will debut a new comfort range for Nordstrom.

NORTH AMERICA–Essential Brands has partnered with the lifestyle brand ED Ellen DeGeneres for a collection of sleepwear and loungewear, launching exclusively at Nordstrom.

The new range of women’s apparel aims to reflect DeGeneres’s signature style and personality and will feature an assortment of pajama sets, sleep tees, robes and loungewear sets in a variety of colors. Design elements include positive messaging, animal motifs, signature prints and the ED love heart.

“We are proud to enrich our portfolio of prestige brands with the addition of the ED Ellen DeGeneres brand. The licensing agreement is aimed at strengthening our brand portfolio and top line growth, which is part of my vision for Essential brands,” says Richie Adjmi, founder and chief executive officer, Essential Brands Group. “Using the fresh colors, motifs and assets of the ED brand opens excellent opportunities for creating quality sleepwear and loungewear. I am therefore very happy and excited to announce this partnership, and look forward to collaborating with ED on future projects.”

The brand is set to expand the offering with a line of intimates in spring 2019.
