Disney Plans New Kids' Initiative

The Walt Disney Company will unveil a new initiative this morning at an event at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum in New York City.

The new program, called Imagicademy, has been "especially designed for kids and powered by imagination, creativity and technology," according to Disney.

Set to take place at 11 a.m. EST, the event will be hosted by Bob Chapek, president of Disney Consumer Products, and Andrew Sugerman, executive vice president of Disney Publishing Worldwide.
