Disney•Pixar’s new animated film finds products roaring into stores stateside.
Disney Consumer Products is unveiling the new product collection inspired by next month’s The Good Dinosaur in North America. The film will hit U.S. theaters Nov. 25.
DCP’s cross-category product line up includes figures, apparel, home décor, novelty items and more from Disney Store and licensees such as TOMY, Just Play, Global Designs Concepts, ACI, Bravo, Huffy, Wonder Forge and Jay Franco.
The property is also extending via publishing under Disney Publishing Worldwide’s Disney Press, which includes traditional books, a storytelling app and Little Golden Books by Random House leveled readers, board books and storybooks.
Products are now available at mass and specialty retailers nationwide in the U.S., as well as Disney Store locations and on DisneyStore.com.
“Dinosaurs fascinate kids and adults alike, and Pixar Animation Studios’ unique take on our prehistoric friends has allowed us to bring a whole new level of personality and storytelling to products for fans of all ages,” says Josh Silverman, executive vice president of global licensing, Disney Consumer Products.
