Discovery Communications has launched a new merchandising program based on the Discovery Channel reality TV series “Moonshiners.”

“Moonshiners” follows a group of bootleggers in the American backwoods and the law enforcement tasked with capturing them.

The new product line features items in a range of categories including apparel and novelty inspired by the series’ stars, Tim and Tickle.

Several items have already rolled out and additional products will be available this fall and in spring 2014. 

Among the products included in the new line are men's t-shirts and headwear from Club Red, currently available at outdoor and sporting goods stores in the U.S. with additional offerings, including women's and junior's apparel and hats, in development; headwear, drinkware, sleepwear, underwear and accessories from West Coast Novelty and MJC; and greeting cards, audio greetings cards and card sets from American Greetings, set to debut in spring 2014.

“Moonshiners” returns for its third season later this year and the new spin-off series, “Tickle,” is currently on-air.
