and adaptations of Roald Dahl’s work, the Birmingham Stage Company will begin development on the stage version of the book immediately.
Since it was first published in 1994,
has sold more than 5 million copies worldwide and been translated into 30-plus different languages.
The stage tour will begin next year and run into 2016. It will feature giant dinosaur puppets based on author Paul Stickland’s illustrations and original songs.
Nurture Rights is currently working with the paleontology team at the Natural History Museum in London to develop the dinosaur property for preschoolers including an online world, a touring dinosaur exhibition and an Imax experience.
