DHX Media has signed a raft of licensing deals for several of its kids’ properties, including Caillou, Busytown and Space Invaders.

For Caillou, Les Chocolats Vadeboncoer is making seasonal molded chocolates in a multi-year deal, and PlayWorld Mobile is developing a global app.

Learning Touch is creating a series of educational apps for Richard Scarry’s Busytown that will address key developmental areas including communication, hearing, language, literacy, life skills, mathematics and color recognition.

Space Invaders has a number of new licensees with USAopoly planning a branded version of the game Jenga and collectible jigsaw puzzles for North America; TriForce is creating limited edition replicas in a multi-year deal for the U.S.; StarBound Entertainment will feature the property on their specialized line of helium and cold-air parade balloons; 50 Fifty Gifts is planning a range of novelty gifts such as alarm clocks, key chains and ice trays.
