DHX Media has tapped Abbey Home Media to release several DVD titles for “Bob the Builder” and “Fireman Sam” in the U.K. market.

Under the deal, Abbey will release four DVD titles this year, including two hour-long specials: Bob the Builder: Mega Machines–The Movie and Fireman Sam: Alien Alert–The Movie.

Additionally, two episodic releases, “Bob the Builder–Dig This” and “Fireman Sam–Sam’s Birthday” will be the first titles to be released under the new DVD partnership and will launch at retail this April.
