DHX Media and its licensing arm, Copyright Promotions Licensing Group, have announced a swathe of merchandising deals.

DHX Media’s Caillou brand will get a wave of new product this year including costumes from Daytime Enterprises in Canada and games from Editions Gladius International in Canada; birthday party supplies from Buy Seasons and an app from Genera Mobile Solutions in the U.S.; as well as a jigsaw puzzle app from Budge Studios.

A second DHX Brand, Busytown Mysteries will continue its promotion for a fourth year with the American Automobile Association and Wendy’s is planning an under-three program for the brand that feature board books.

CPLG and American Greetings Properties have secured multiple deals for Strawberry Shortcake and the Care Bears.

In Canada, Strawberry Shortcake is now available in an outerwear range produced by Vetements Adorable Junior Garments, Editions Gladius signed on for camp chairs, balls and lunchboxes and Johnson & Johnson has renewed for its toiletries line. CPLG has also inked two deals for the Care Bears brand with Calego for backpacks, and with Jelli Fish Kids for sleepwear.

CPLG has also announced new deals for Space Invaders in the U.S. with Buckle-Down signing on to make seatbelt buckles and Just Funky planning a novelty and gift range.

Finally, CPLG brokered a deal with Axeso Mode for It’s Happy Bunny hosiery.
