DeAPlaneta Entertainment Signs Deal with Mediawan Kids & Family

DeAPlaneta Entertainment has signed a strategic deal with the French company Mediawan Kids & Family (Mediawan’s division dedicated to producing and distributing children and family content for audiences worldwide) to promote the development of its brands and become its master licensing agent on a global level. 

With this agreement, DeAPlaneta Entertainment will be responsible for developing some of Mediawan Kids & Family’s most relevant IPs. As master licensing agent, DeAPlaneta Entertainment will be the exclusive licensing and merchandising agent for Mediawan Kids & Family brands in almost all territories, excluding China; it will also manage the digital, interactive, gaming and Web3 rights for these brands. 

The first confirmed IPs included in the agreement between DeAPlaneta Entertainment and Mediawan Kids & Family are the upcoming animated series “Karters,” “The Three” and “Witch Detectives.” DeAPlaneta Entertainment will be the licensing and merchandising agent and the agent of digital, Gaming and Web3 rights for these three brands globally, with some exceptions. Other Mediawan Kids & Family brands included in the agreement will be unveiled soon.
