NORTH AMERICA–Warner Bros. Television Group has joined forces with DC Entertainment for the DC in D.C. Pop-Up Shop, a limited event that will bring celebrities, politicians and fans to the U.S. capital to explore the story of America through a superhero lens.

The three-day event will feature exclusive merchandise featuring Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash and other DC characters.

DC_in_DC_5a4e70e49b9c94_54419615.jpgNORTH AMERICA–Warner Bros. Television Group has joined forces with DC Entertainment for the DC in D.C. Pop-Up Shop, a limited event that will bring celebrities, politicians and fans to the U.S. capital to explore the story of America through a superhero lens.

From Jan. 12-14, comic book enthusiasts will have the opportunity to take photos with two dozen 7-by-4-foot comic book covers, use a branded-“Black Lightening” charging station and purchase the Top 50 Greatest DC graphic novels of all-time including The Death of Superman, V for Vendetta and Watchmen.

In addition, fans will have access to view the costumes worn by the title characters of Warner Bros. “The Flash” and “Supergirl”; participate in meet-and-greet opportunities with the casts of “Gotham” and “Black Lightening”; sip on coffee, which will be handed out at shop Jitters, a replica of the coffee house in the extended “Arrow”-verse; purchase exclusive DC in D.C.-themed shirts with artwork that includes “Superman meets JFK”, “Superman meets Reagan,” “Action Comics #1”, “Detective Comics No. 27” and more; and purchase a curated selection of DC Funko Pop! figures including fan-favorites from the worlds of “Arrow,” “The Flash,” “Supergirl,” and Wonder Woman.

The DC in D.C. Pop-Up Shop will be open Friday-Sunday, Jan. 12-14, from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. in front of the Newseum in Washington D.C.
