Warner Bros. Consumer Products, DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Animation are planning a wave of new content inspired by two of the company’s most successful toy lines, developed in partnership with Mattel and Fisher-Price.

The new toys and content will center on the new Batman Unlimited brand and DC Super Friends preschool property.

Inspired by Mattel’s new toy line, a range of Batman Unlimited content will launch this year including made-for-video movies, shorts and apps. Launching along with the content will be a new wave of toys from Mattel including action figures and a new Batmobile, as well as costumes from Rubie's and role play toys from Thinkway.

Original content will also be released for the DC Super Friends brands including a series of shorts inspired by the Fisher-Price Imaginext toy line and a range of companion apps. Fisher-Price will expand the DC Super Friends toy line with all-new play set environments inspired by settings from the shorts.

“We are excited to continue to forge

new ground with our long-time partners Mattel and Fisher-Price to build on the success of these popular toy lines by bringing the play pattern to life through this original content that we will be able to offer across multiple platforms,” says Brad Globe, president, WBCP.
