Mill Creek Entertainment has signed on to a multi-year deal with Cookie Jar Entertainment to release a number of its animated programs on DVD.
Initially, Mill Creek will release DVD titles "The Busy World of Richard Scarry" and "Wimzie's House" later this year. Further rollouts will include "World of Quest," "Super Duper Sumos," "Mona the Vampire" and "Nanoboy."
"Mill Creek Entertainment's proven track record in retail product placement makes them the ideal company to release Cookie Jar Entertainment's vast collection of library titles," says Brenda Bisner, Cookie Jar Entertainment's licensing director. "Their strong presence at all major mass market retailers will enable us to bring these popular titles to children all around the country."
