Concept One Accessories has signed a series of licensing agreements with Brandgenuity and Viacom to develop products for brands such as MTV, “Daria” and “SpongeBob SquarePants.”

Viacom plans cold weather accessories, headwear and more for a host of classic Nickelodeon and MTV properties.
Concept One Accessories has signed a series of licensing agreements with Brandgenuity and Viacom to develop products for brands such as MTV, “Daria” and “SpongeBob SquarePants.”
Under the terms of the agreement with Brandgenuity–Viacom’s licensing agent for its networks including MTV, VH1, Comedy Central and Spike–Concept One will create headwear, cold weather accessories, tote bags, backpacks, belts, wallets, flip flops, slippers, sneakers and board shorts. The new products will be based on MTV, “Beavis & Butthead,” “Daria,” “Yo MTV Raps,” Headbangers Ball” and “The Real World.”
Additionally, Concept One will develop a range of adult headwear and cold weather accessories inspired by “SpongeBob SquarePants,” “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” and The Splat.
Concept One Accessories is a privately held company founded by brothers Sam and Bernie Hafif. The company holds a raft of licenses for brands including Izod, U.S. Polo Association and entertainment studios including Disney and Warner Bros., among many others.
