The toy company will create a full line of products based on the brand including plush, figures, play sets, dolls, role play, electronic, activity, remote-control, novelty and impulse items. Product will begin global retail rollout in fall 2016.
"The Powerpuff Girls" licensing program is one of Cartoon Network’s top-grossing franchises ever, with more than $2.5 billion in retail sales generated since its debut.
Cartoon Network is currently planning an all-new animated series and a full worldwide licensing program for the reboot.
