CBS Consumer Products has teamed with Titan Books to bring two of its TV series to the printed page–"Elementary" and "Penny Dreadful."

The new deal expands CBS Consumer Products’ publishing strategy to take current entertainment IP and translate it for readers

"Elementary" gets its first novelization with Elementary: The Ghost Line, available now, the first in an ongoing book series based on the TV show and featuring original story lines. "Elementary" is currently airing on CBS in America and Sky Living in the U.K.

Meanwhile, Showtime’s Victorian drama "Penny Dreadful" will arrive on shelves with an illustrated companion book The Art and Making of Penny Dreadful.

Featuring some of classic horror literature’s most iconic characters such as Dr. Victor Frankenstein, Dorian Gray and figures from Dracula, "Penny Dreadful" weaves their stories together with a cast of original characters. The illustrated companion book goes behind the scenes to unearth the show’s secrets and dissect every aspect of the production with exclusive interviews, unseen images, storyboards and set blueprints. The Art and Making of Penny Dreadful will be available April 17.
