The Tale of Peter Rabbit
, written and illustrated by Beatrix Potter, season two will continue to follow the adventures of Peter Rabbit and his best friends Benjamin Bunny and Lily Bobtail, as well as introduce new characters from the Beatrix Potter world such as Tom Kitten, Mittens, Pig Robinson and Mr. Tolly the Tortoise.
“‘Peter Rabbit’ is now firmly established as a favorite character of the CBeebies audience,” says Kay Benbow, controller, CBeebies. “I am delighted to continue our collaboration with Silvergate on season two and to share with today’s viewers more characters inspired by the unique creative vision of Beatrix Potter.”
“Peter Rabbit” is produced by Silvergate Media in conjunction with Penguin U.K. and Nickelodeon USA and is animated by Brown Bag Films.
