Breakthrough Entertainment has appointed Antares Licensing to spearhead worldwide licensing efforts for its live-action kids' comedy "Max and Shred."

The series debuted in the U.S. (Nickelodeon) and Canada (YTV) last October and also airs in the U.K., Australia, Flanders, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Italy, Latin America, the Philippines, Poland, Turkey, South Africa and Russia.

"Max and Shred" chronicles the unlikely friendship between celebrity snowboarder Max Asher and science whiz-kid Alvin “Shred” Ackerman who become roommates when Max moves to Colorado to train for the Winter Cup.
