Mattel and HIT Entertainment have sold “Bob the Builder” to multiple channels in Europe and Africa.

The new season of “Bob the Builder” will now air on France 5, Z@pplin (the Netherlands), VRT (Belgium), Rai YoYo (Italy), E-TV (South Africa), MiniMini (Poland), Turner (U.K.), RTE (Ireland) and Hop! (Israel).

The new deals comes after Mattel confirmed the future co-development and co-production of “Bob the Builder” through a partnership with DHX Media.

In the new partnership, DHX will handle all of “Bob the Builder’s” future global distribution. Additionally, the agreement will see new episodic, short-form and long-form programming of “Bob the Builder” produced for both TV and digital platforms.
