Endemol Shine Group to bring DreamWorks-owned digital brand to several EU territories and Brazil.
AwesomenessTV is owned by DreamWorks Animation (75 percent) and Hearst (25 percent).
The regional expansions are part of apartnership announced last year between Endemol Shine and AwesomenessTV
that is designed to extend the international reach of the digital brand.
As part of the launch, Endemol Shine Beyond, the digital production and distribution arm of the Endemol Shine Group, of will unveil local-language versions of the Gen Z brand with new and original content in each country. The five-country launch will already include local-language versions of several formats such as “Celebstagram,” the interview-based strand “IMO” and more.
