Rock band AC/DC has tapped Perryscope Productions and Epic Rights to jointly lead its licensing and merchandising efforts.

The two agencies (whose principals both are long-time partners of the band) will work together to develop an all-new global AC/DC merchandising, licensing, retail and e-commerce program.

“AC/DC has always been a top seller of band merchandise and has an incredible archive of artwork, photos, tour logos and imagery," said Norman Perry, president, Perryscope, and Dell Furano, chief executive officer, Epic Rights, in a joint statement. "AC/DC merchandise designs are some of the most famous in rock, including 'Highway to Hell,' 'Back in Black,' 'High Voltage' and 'For Those About to Rock,' among others. These designs are favorites of rock fans worldwide, and we are very excited about designing and selling great new AC/DC merchandise at their concert venues, online and at retail."
