Disney/ABC Television Group’s ABC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Television Group have partnered for an unprecedented stacking rights deal for series produced by WBTVG for the 2016/17 and 2017/18 broadcast seasons.

Under the deal, ABC will be able to offer all episodes, rather than trailing by five episodes, of any Warner Bros. series launched during the next two TV broadcast seasons.

Warner Bros. will also have end-of-season SVOD rights and early syndication rights, as well as day-after EST and early DVD rights for the programs.
