ABC and Disney Publishing Worldwide have released the new book Shark Tank: Jump Start Your Business, inspired by the hit ABC TV show.

The book was written by entrepreneur and public speaker Michael Parish DuDell and features contributions from celebrity shark Barbara Corcoran and businessman and investor Mark Cuban, among others.

The book walks step-by-step through the process of launching and growing a new business with success stories from the TV series used as examples throughout.

ABC and the small business solutions provider WeWork celebrated the launch of the book Friday in New York City. In addition to DuDell, who hosted a Q&A and book signing, the event was attended by Tracey Noonan and Danielle Desroches from Wicked Good Cupcakes as well as Kim Nelson of Daisy Cakes; both companies got their start on "Shark Tank" and are featured in the book.
