41 Entertainment has appointed Plus Licens in Moscow to handle licensing and merchandising activities for its new Pac-Man series in Russia after CTC Network signed on to air the series.
“Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures” (26 x 22) will be airing on CTC in Russia later this year or in early 2014.
