DCD Publishing has signed a new deal with preserve producers The Mercers to create a food range for the Duchess of Northumberland brand.

At launch the line of preserves will include three products–Seville Orange and Lemon Marmalade (both Fine Cut and Thick Cut) and a Clear Quince Marmalade.

Product will be on shelves early this summer with the range expected to expand in the future.

All products in the line have been inspired by traditional recipes found in the extensive archive of the 1,000-year-old Alnwick Castle, where the Duchess lives. The Quince Marmalade recipe is one of the earliest known marmalade recipes in the world.
