Universal Brand Development has announced Chris Janci as its vice president of fashion and living for North America, reporting into both Marc Low, senior vice president and general manager, global lifestyle ,and Emmanuel Doessant, senior vice president, consumer products, North America.

Janci has held a career within the apparel industry within a variety of merchandising and design positions with global brands such as Gap, Levi’s and most recently, the North Face – where he was vice president, merchandising and planning, the Americas.

Janci  brings nearly 20 years of experience to the role, where he will focus on building UBD’s apparel, accessories, footwear and home and living business across all channels. Additionally, he will look to expand partnerships in the branded space by connecting UBD’s characters and stories with additional brands.
