Trevco has announced the addition of two executives as part of its plan for continued expansion. Mike Lee has been hired as vice president, sales, while James Drake has come on board as director, manufacturing.
Lee recently served nearly seven years in various roles at Hybrid, most recently as the director of sales. Previous to Hybrid, Mike spent time in sales at Bioworld for two years, and Hot Topic for four years.
“Trevco isn’t dependent on shrinking mass apparel business, and, therefore, there’s little-to-no stress on internal infrastructure,” says Lee. “This gives us the ability to be creative and selective, a better formula for growing the future of brick and mortar.”
Drake brings extensive knowledge of building high-performing print-on-demand manufacturing teams, process innovation, high-quality standards and new product development.
“Trevco is the only company that helps licensed brands materialize their vision through print-on-demand at this scale,” says Drake. “I’m looking forward to adding new product decorating capabilities and improving current processes and fulfillment speeds in our mission to enhance our bi-coastal presence, for two-day Amazon/Walmart delivery.”
Drake recently served 10 years in various roles, ultimately serving as production manager at Shutterfly’s Minnesota plant. Drake helped open Shutterfly’s Arizona facility when he started with the company and moved to Minnesota five years later as a part of opening Shutterfly’s third state-of-the-art manufacturing building as well.
