TreeHouse Foods has announced that it has appointed licensing and brand management agency CAA-GBG as its exclusive representative. The company will expand its capabilities in licensing third-party brands as part of its strategic growth plans. 

“In line with our strategy to build depth in key categories, over the last year, we’ve developed our capabilities around launching and supporting branded products in the market,” says Dennis Wu, senior director, growth, TreeHouse. “Partnering with CAA-GBG enhances our licensing efforts as we work to drive growth and value for our customers, partners and shareholders.” 

TreeHouse Foods manufactures and distributes private label foods and beverages in North America, operating in 29 product categories across two divisions with approximately 40 production facilities across North America and Italy. 

“TreeHouse has the capabilities, scale and relationships to be a licensee of choice for great brands,” says Patrick McGuire, vice president, CAA-GBG. “We are thrilled to come alongside them and work together to build meaningful incremental businesses.”
