Romacorp has inked a deal with Walmart Japan/ Seiyu to bring restaurant brand Tony Roma’s staple menu items to Seiyu stores across Japan.

Broad Street Licensing Group brokered the deal. Under the terms of the deal, Tony Roma’s ribs, pulled pork, salmon, shrimp, barbecue sauces and a newly created Tokyo Sauce from the restaurant ’s executive chef will become available in all 350 of Seiyu’s stores this month. Online retailer Rakuten will also carry the line.

“The Japanese market is the next growth area for Tony Roma’s products, and it is where we established our international presence back in 1979,” says Brad Scher, chief executive officer, Tony Roma’s. “We have partnered with Seiyu because they share our values in providing their customers with high-quality food items. With eight restaurants currently in Japan, we are excited for our fans to keep us top of mind as they bring our authentic flavors home to the dinner table and continue to visit our dining locations.”
