Last year Oreo conquered Antarctica, now the cookie company is taking on the universe with a new app created as part of its collaboration with Mondolez and Nokia.

The new app, “Oreo Skies,” puts a playful twist on mobile messaging by allowing users to share messages through the stars. Users can point their phone at the sky, day or night, and explore a map of the stars. When they touch a star in a constellation, it twists open like an OREO cookie to reveal messages sent by friends. Shooting stars also carry messages from Oreo with special offers, recipes and incentives.

The app is available exclusively on Nokia Lumia Windows smartphones, but fans who don’t have a Nokia device can also access the app via Oreo’s Facebook page.
