NBCUniversal Brand Development has appointed Jonathan Baker to the position of vice president, EMEA, NBCU Consumer Products, and Hannah Mungo to country director, U.K. and Ireland, NBCU Consumer Products.

The appointments are part of the company’s initiative to expand its international operations and move to direct management of its businesses in markets including the U.K., Ireland, France, Benelux, Germany, Italy and Iberia.

In his new position, Baker will lead the NBCU Consumer Products team and EMEA agents to drive new areas of growth within in the region. Prior to his appointment, Baker served as head of international licensing for DreamWorks Animation U.K. During his tenure, Baker led the international team in the implementation of region specific franchise growth strategies across all markets worldwide.

Meanwhile, in her newly created role, Mungo will be responsible for the strategic direction and business development of NBCU’s wide-reaching franchise portfolio as well as the management of licensees and retailers in the U.K. and Ireland. In her previous role, she worked as head of U.K. licensing at Entertainment One.
