The new clothing range draws on the paintings displayed in the gallery including works of art from the Tudors to the 19th century.

Key garments include the cally cowl back dress with a trompe l’oeil print inspired by the portrait of Robert Devereux, 2nd Earl of Essex, the Gertrude printed dress based on the depiction of Lady Colin Campbell and more.

The National Portraits Gallery collection will be available at Coast stores and online at Coast-Stores.com beginning Oct. 15.
