Hilco Sweets Names Emily Edmondson Executive Vice President

Hilco Sweets has announced Emily Edmondson has been appointed as its executive vice president. As a member of the executive team, Edmondson will manage the company’s key accounts, the U.S. national sales team and regional sales.

Edmondson is a seasoned sales director with more than 15 years of experience. She began her career in the novelty confections space at Galerie. For managing customers and brokers across various trade classes, from mass and drug to value and specialty, she was named the 2022 Woman of Influence for the National Confectioners Association.  

Before her new role at Hilco Sweets, she was the value team lead at Crayola.
